Barcelona manager Hansi Flick spoke to the press on Tuesday to preview the upcoming La Liga match against Celta Vigo, but much of the conversation was about other matters.
The Champions League elimination to Atlético Madrid is still fresh on the mind, and Flick revealed what Barça need in order to finally achieve European glory for the first time in over a decade.
Hansi also confirmed his plan to sign a contract renewal when the time is right, and made it clear he’s very hungry to lead Barça to continental success again.
Flick has proven time and time again he’s the perfect coach for a young team that needs to mature and learn from their mistakes in Europe, and the fact he wants to stick around and be part of the Barça side that finally conquers the continent again is fantastic news.
