Blue Sage Capital and MBN Brands have announced the formation of Dwell Vacation Rentals, a short-term rental property management platform headquartered in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, with a portfolio of more than 2,000 units across Hilton Head Island, Edisto, and Myrtle Beach.
