• AmWorld Group has announced the acquisition of Crossflight, enhancing its airfreight, project logistics and international fulfilment capabilities.
• The integration strengthens AmWorld’s ability to manage complex, multimodal movements alongside specialist mailing and fulfilment, supporting customers operating across multiple markets.
Airfreight management, air charter and time critical delivery remain core to the group’s expanded offer.
Chief Executive Officer Ian Bolton said: “Crossflight strengthens our ability to support customers whose logistics requirements don’t fit standard models, combining fulfilment expertise with air freight, project logistics and time critical delivery.”
According to AmWorld, the move reflects a shared focus on precision, accountability and high touch customer service, rather than scale driven expansion.
Ian Bolton added: “This gives us more flexibility in how we design solutions, particularly for customers operating internationally or under tight time constraints.”
Crossflight’s operational team and customer relationships remain in place, supported by AmWorld’s global network and infrastructure. Integration is ongoing, with service continuity a priority throughout.
