The 2026 NFL draft is finally underway as the first round kicked off on Thursday evening with the Las Vegas Raiders selecting former Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza No. 1 overall. But we have two more days, six more rounds and nine (barring trades) more Raiders draft picks to keep tabs on throughout the weekend. Below is a recap of the Raiders’ picks so far, and updates will come as the picks are announced.

The second round will begin Friday at 4:00 p.m. PST and will air on ABC, ESPN and NFL Network. Day 3 or rounds four through seven will be on Saturday, starting at 9:00 a.m. PST, and will also air on ABC, ESPN and NFL Network.

Raiders 2026 NFL Draft Picks:

• Round 1, Pick 1: Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana

No surprises here as Mendoza has been heavily linked to Las Vegas since the organization secured the No. 1 overall pick, and he won the National Championship in January. This should end the franchise’s four-year search for a successor to Derek Carr, as the Heisman Trophy winner will be the face of the Raiders’ rebuild. Mendoza is expected to compete with Kirk Cousins for the Week 1 starting quarterback job and should take over that role at some point this season if he doesn’t win the position battle during training camp.

• Round 2, Pick 36: Traded to the Houston Texans for picks 38 and 91.

• Round 2, Pick 38 (from WSH thru HOU): Treydan Stukes, DB, Arizona

The Raiders’ secondary entered the draft needing help at nickelback and safety. It gets both with Stukes, who generated some first-round buzz leading into the draft.

• Round 3, Pick 67: Keyron Crawford, DE, Auburn

This is more of a luxury pick with Maxx Crosby still on the roster and re-signing Malcolm Koonce while adding Kwity Paye in free agency. However, Crawford is a former basketball player who is a good athlete who could use some development. He can contribute as a pass-rusher right away and develop into an every-down player.

• Round 3, Pick 91 (from BUF thru HOU): Trey Zuhn III, G, Texas A&M

Zuhn adds some versatility to the offensive line, having played several positions in the trenches in college. After spending two third-round picks on offensive linemen last year—Caleb Rogers and Charles Grant—the Raiders are loading up on young talent up front.

• Round 4, Pick 101 (from TEN thru BUF): Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee

This has the chance to be a great value pick for the Raiders or a complete bust. McCoy is a first-round talent but has a knee issue that could prevent him from seeing the field. If healthy, Las Vegas gets a potential starting cornerback to kick off the fourth round.

• Round 4, Pick 102: Traded with a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Buffalo Bills for pick 101.

• Round 4, Pick 117 (via MIN thru JAX): Traded to the Houston Texans for picks 38 and 91.

• Round 4, Pick 122 (via PHI thru ATL): Mike Washington, RB, Arkansas

Ashton Jeanty gets a much-needed running mate. Washington was widely considered the third-best running back in the class heading into the draft, especially after running a 4.33-second 40-yard dash. That gives Las Vegas’ backfield a home run hitter.

• Round 4, Pick 134 (via comp): Traded with pick 208 to the Atlanta Falcons for pick 122.

• Round 5, Pick 150 (via NO): Dalton Johnson, SAF, Arizona

The second defensive back from Arizona that the Raiders have taken in this year’s draft. Johnson looks to add more depth to a thin defensive backfield while contributing on special teams. It also helps that he has seven career forced fumbles.

• Round 5, Pick 175 (via comp): Hezekiah Masses, CB, Cal

Spytek clearly wanted to improve the secondary in the draft, picking up another defensive back. Masses is an outside corner who excels in zone coverage and has great ball skills, with five interceptions and 13 passes defended last season.

• Round 6, Pick 185: Traded to Tampa Bay Buccaneers for picks 195 and 229

• Round 6, Pick 195 (via TB): Malik Benson, WR, Oregon

Many expected the Raiders to add a wide receiver much sooner in the draft, but the front office waited until the sixth round despite bringing in several top wideouts for top 30 visits as a smoke screen. Meanwhile, Benson brings 4.37 speed to the passing game.

• Round 6, Pick 208 (via BUF thru NYJ): Traded with pick 134 to the Atlanta Falcons for pick 122.

• Round 7, Pick 219: Traded with defensive end Tyree Wilson to the New Orleans Saints for pick 150.

• Round 7, Pick 229 (via TB): Brandon Cleveland, DT, NC State

With their last pick of the draft, Las Vegas finally added a defensive tackle. Cleveland is a 6-foot-3, 307-pound lineman who notched 36 tackles and seven TFLs last season.
