Robert Lewandowski has been urged to join Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window after his contract with Barcelona expires.
The 37-year-old’s future remains uncertain ahead of the final games of the season, although there has been plenty of talk he will move on and call time on his Barcelona career.
There have been whispers that Atletico are one of several clubs interested in Lewandowski, and the veteran has been urged to follow in Luis Suarez’s footsteps and make the move from Barca to Diego Simeone’s side.
Barca are currently looking for a replacement for Lewandowski, with Atletico stars Julian Alvarez and Alexander Sorloth on the club’s radar currently.
