• Aerios, part of CargoTech, has integrated Wiremind Cargo’s SKYPALLET loadability system into its Carrier App, embedding real-time aircraft loading assessment directly into the charter quoting workflow.

• The move addresses a long-standing bottleneck in air cargo charter sales, where manual or siloed loadability checks can delay quotations by hours or days and reduce win rates in time-sensitive markets.

• The integration enables instant visibility of payload constraints, pallet positions, ULD options and aircraft compatibility at point of quotation, allowing sales teams to price faster, compare fleet options, and confirm feasibility within seconds.

Aerios, a member of CargoTech and leading developer of software solutions for the air cargo charter industry, has integrated Wiremind Cargo’s SKYPALLET system, the leading air cargo Loadability assessment solution, within its Carrier App. Forming part of a new module, it can surface any loadability issues to the charter sales team at point of quotation.

Air cargo charter quoting inefficiencies aren’t just pinned to manual pricing or commercial processes, but also to whether the cargo will actually fit on the aircraft. Loadability checks are often manual and handled by separate commercial or loadmaster teams, meaning sales teams must wait for internal responses before sending a quotation to the customer. This can create delays of hours or even days, and in time-critical markets, where speed to response is key, win rates can take a hit.

Even when loadability software is adopted by a carrier, it’s often only available to commercial sales departments, separate to the charter team, creating similar dependency and communication issues as with manual processes.

To address this, Aerios has integrated SKYPALLET’s loadability system into its Carrier App, reducing a process that can take hours or even days to seconds. Combined with Aerios’ other automation tools, such as the automated packing list extraction, the system can surface how many items of each cargo type can be loaded, flag any size constraints and also warn of density or weight exceedances. Once calculated the sales team can also download a full load plan to understand which pallet positions and ULD types have been utilised and review if multiple aircraft rotations could be required. As the results are shown for each aircraft type within the quote builder, sales teams can easily compare quoting options across their fleet at both a commercial and operational level. Surfacing this data at point of quotation helps guide sales teams to a quick pricing decision, helping them inform customers early on whether their cargo will fit on a single aircraft or needs to be split.

This integration removes the need for fragmented workflows. Without leaving the Carrier App, sales teams can now generate a quote from start to finish with minimal manual input.

“This integration is a great example of what SKYPALLET was built for,” says Guillermo Medina Moralejo, VP of Business Development at Wiremind Cargo. “We’re especially proud to be doing it alongside a fellow CargoTech member, demonstrating the power of ecosystem partnerships in driving the digitalization of air cargo forward.”

In a market where speed to response directly impacts win rates, this integration allows teams to quote faster, more accurately, and with greater confidence.
