Read on to find out more about who will be judging this year's entries:

Founder of architecture studio A_LA, Levete will join architects Ma Yansong and Annabelle Sellfdorf on the architecture panel for Dezeen Awards 2026.

Levete's practice seeks to establish a balance between the built and natural environments. Her designs – typically characterised by soft and flowing forms – often focus on how buildings transform and connect with their surroundings, creating what she calls "urban propositions".

Recent projects include designs for the UK's first government-backed fusion power plant, a collaboration with Anish Kapoor on an underground station in Naples and a red glass panoramic extension to Paisley Museum.

German-born architect and chief designer of Büro Ole Scheeren, Scheeren will judge this year's architecture entries.

Scheeren's practice focuses on human interaction with the urban landscape, with landmark projects including The Interlace in Singapore and MahaNakon in Thailand. The studio aims to generate new social narratives in cities by designing integrative and connected environments.

Recent work includes the nearly-complete Róng Museum of Art, a new cultural landmark in Shenzhen. Other designs include concepts for a twisting Tencent Helix complex and plans for skyscrapers with "waterfall" facades.

Founder of studio W. Design, Wu will join the interiors panel for Dezeen Awards 2026.

Wu's work centres on the integration of art into daily life. His work often draws from traditional Chinese culture, which is then harmonised with a clean, modern design language.

In 2024, the studio was recognised in Dezeen Awards China's Designers of the Year, winning interior designer of the year.

Lowres, a former interior designer and co-founder of studio management platform Programa, will sit alongside Britt Moran on the interiors judging panel.

Founded in 2020 alongside Traviss Orr and Claudio Oyarce, Programa has become a global online platform that streamlines project management and specification for design professionals in over 85 countries.

Notable projects include a collaboration with interior design practice Smac Studio, who used the Programa platform to outfit a duplex in Australia with blue-toned stone.
