Lufthansa’s Miles&More program has an unusual way of selling miles, attempting to disguise it as a bundle when the other components don’t make much sense.
You can purchase up to 250,000 miles in a calendar year using bundles, excluding the bonus. The May offer is valid through the end of the month and comes with up to a 60% bonus, which is typically their highest bonus.

The price is nearly identical across all currencies, with EUR and USD the lowest.
Conclusion
Whether buying Miles&More miles makes sense depends on how you use them. The move to the dynamic awards was not as bad as many feared, and there have been few deals to be had.
The required mileage amounts vary significantly, and the price (in terms of miles needed) is usually higher at Lufthansa Group’s hubs, as is the case with revenue fares.
Last month, the base price for buying miles was higher, but it has now returned to what these cost back in 2025.
