This week, former San Francisco 49er wide receiver Jauan Jennings was visiting with the Minnesota Vikings. Many believed he would be leaving Minnesota with a deal, set to become the Vikings' WR3. However, Jennings would depart with no deal in tow. Well, the Vikings made a free agent signing, but it is not who fans expected it to be, as Minnesota would bring someone in on the other side of the ball.

Looking to add depth to their defensive line, the Vikings signed former Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Eric Johnson II.

Johnson, a former fifth-round pick back in 2022, spent his first two years with the Colts before landing briefly with the Patriots, then back with the Colts last season. He would appear in 12 games last season, recording six tackles, one of which was for a loss.

During his four years in the NFL, Johnson has amassed 28 total tackles, including one sack.
