UK. Healthy fast-casual brand Tossed will open its first airport restaurant at London Gatwick’s North Terminal this November, adapting its high street offer for travel retail.
Tossed will serve an all-day menu with its core salads and wraps plus breakfast items such as scrambled free-range eggs, sourdough toast, airport-exclusive breakfast burritos and a dedicated kids’ menu.
The restaurant will feature digital ordering screens and order-at-table service, elevating convenience for passengers.
The opening adds another dining option alongside existing brands such as Shake Shack, Wagamama and Tortilla, and forms part of the North Terminal’s ongoing refresh.
Tossed’s interiors will incorporate a reclaimed wood ceiling and live foliage, creating a calmer dining space within the refurbished terminal.
London Gatwick Airport Head of Retail Stephane Geffroy said, “Tossed is a fantastic addition to our North Terminal, offering passengers fresh, made-to-order food that fits perfectly around their journey.
“It’s great to see such a popular high-street brand make its airport debut at London Gatwick.”
Tossed Managing Director Neil Sebba added, “Securing a flagship location in one of the UK’s busiest airport terminals is a massive milestone for Tossed.
“There is a huge, untapped demand for healthier options in travel hubs, and we share a clear vision with London Gatwick on how to meet that need. We’re ready to show passengers that fast food can be fresh, healthy and delicious.”
