The Denver Broncos may have landed a steal when they selected Washington running back Jonah Coleman in the fourth round of the NFL draft last week.

Following the draft, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler published intel on each team's draft class, and his report included this nugget on Coleman: "Denver ranked him as an early third-rounder on its board and classified his character as A-plus. The Broncos see shades of J.K. Dobbins as far as footwork. While he might not be a lead back at 5-foot-8½, he should be a third-down threat early."

Fowler also noted that one Huskies staffer described Coleman as "one of the best humans I've been around in football." Denver clearly landed a great person, not just a talented running back.

As for his on-field ability, Coleman could end up being a nice value pick if the Broncos gave him a third-round grade before landing him in the fourth round. Coleman is set to report to the team's facility for the start of rookie minicamp next week (May 8-10).
