The Carolina Panthers are officially back at work.
Today, players reported to Bank of America Stadium for the first day of the team's offseason training program. On their way in, players were greeted by Carolina's always-fun social team—who gifted them each a tiny yellow hard hat.
Some players embraced it a little more than others. Observe . . .
The blue-collar vibe is an increasingly popular theme around the league. And even though it may be a cliché, it is nevertheless true that the Panthers won't continue rising unless they put a great deal of preparation in between now and Week 1.
Most of all, they need quarterback Bryce Young to take the next step in his development and start delivering magnificent games more often than than just two to three times a year. To help him get there, the Panthers should continue to work on filling out the supporting cast around him later this week in the 2026 NFL Draft.
For now, it's still the veterans' time, and the work they put in will have a massive impact on where the Panthers finish in January.
Here's a glance at the team's upcoming offseason schedule:
Panthers 2026 offseason workout dates
First day: April 20
OTA offseason workouts: May 26 to May 27, May 29, June 1 to June 2, June 4
