World of Hyatt members are hit with double devaluation this year on May 20, 2026, when not only are the yearly award category changes taking place, but also when the move to more dynamic awards is rolled out.

STANDARD awards are devalued by 17% to 38%, while the number of points required for PEAK awards will increase by 33% to 67%, and these are BEFORE the award category shift that takes place on the same date.
