Molly Clark has been appointed executive vice president and chief administrative officer at Fairfield, Calif.-based NorthBay Health.
She brings more than 20 years of healthcare executive experience, according to an April 25 LinkedIn post from NorthBay Health.
Ms. Clark most recently served as senior vice president and chief performance and care model transformation officer at Minneapolis-based Allina Health, where she oversaw innovation in value-based care and operational transformation.
Before that, she served as Allina’s chief safety, quality and population health officer from 2022 to 2024, according to her LinkedIn profile. Prior to joining Allina Health, Ms. Clark was senior executive director of quality and safety at Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health.
