A growing number of Americans are turning to weight loss drugs as they prepare for their wedding day. Now, the often dramatic results of these drugs are shaking up the wedding dress industry with more women saying yes to the dress much closer to their big day, having to guesstimate their sizes in anticipation of additional weight loss.
