Laurinburg, N.C.-based Scotland Health Care System has named Gregory Flicek senior vice president of finance and CFO, according to an April 28 post on his LinkedIn page.
Mr. Flicek’s past experience includes serving as senior manager of Ascendient Healthcare Advisors. In that role, he led healthcare financial feasibility, strategic planning and affiliation project analysis. He oversaw volume projections, financial modeling and pro formas for more than 100 certificate of need projects.
Scotland Health includes Scotland Memorial Hospital, a 104-bed facility. It also includes Scotland Physicians Network, with 16 medical practices, Scotland Regional Hospice, Scotland Family Counseling Center and Scotland Memorial Foundation.
