Midfielder Thiago Pitarch rejoined Real Madrid Castilla’s squad for their match against Dinamo Zagreb in the Premier League International Cup Semifinals where Castilla clinched their presence in the Final with a 2-1 victory.
It had been a while since Thiago last played for Castilla after he emerged as a rotation player for the first-team. The club now believes that he should be available for La Fábrica as Castilla try to earn a spot in the Playoffs, especially now that Pitarch’s minutes for Real Madrid have decreased.
The Spanish midfielder will likely leave the club on a loan deal this summer, which should give him the opportunity to play relevant minutes to continue improving and developing his game.
