Since Will Stein took over as the head coach of the Kentucky Wildcats football team, he has made it a mission to upgrade the talent level of the team. He immediately added a number of elite talents from the transfer portal, then set out to recruit top players in the 2027 class. Quarterback Jake Nawrot was a major win, and he has continued to add good players around him.
While Kentucky already has a very good class, Stein and his staff aren't done yet. They are setting up visits with players for the summer, and four-star edge rusher Santana Harvey is one of them. He announced a pending visit to Lexington in June.
Harvey is a 6'5", 220 lb edge out of Florida, and the son of former NFL player Derrick Harvey. He is rated four stars by 247Sports and is currently ranked as the No. 134 player overall in the 2027 class.
Kentucky will be battling some top programs for Harvey's services. Florida State and the Clemson Tigers are both heavily involved, with a number of other schools also issuing offers. Getting him to Lexington for a visit is a good get for Stein, and landing him would be another huge win.
