The Los Angeles Lakers' fanbase was always going to feel good about this on a broad level.
The Lakers are into the second round of the playoffs, and after a brutal collapse, the Boston Celtics will be sitting at home.
For those who are particularly fans of Bronny James, it has to feel even better.
After all, there's that famed clip of Jaylen Brown saying that he doesn't think Bronny is a pro.
And yes, Bronny is only a minimal-time player for the Lakers right now.
But still, only one is left standing in this postseason:

Bronny didn't do much in the series against the Rockets, totaling 12 points and 6 assists across six games.
It was his pops, LeBron, who put the Lakers on his back in the absence of Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves.
Things will get much harder now. The top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder await in the Western Conference semifinals.
But at least the Lakers have more basketball to play. The Celtics can't say the same. Brown did his best, particularly after Jayson Tatum left midway through Game 6 against the 76ers with an injury and didn't return.
In the end, though, Boston has given itself some questions to answer this offseason, while the Lakers' season is still alive.
