Lufthansa Miles&More Points, Qualifying Points & HON Circle Points Due To Strikes

Lufthansa has had serious issues with its workforce and ended up grounding and firing one of its airlines last week (read more here and here).

Now, the airline has decided to issue Points, Qualifying Points & HON Circle points for Miles&More members due to these issues.

Conclusion

Lufthansa has traditionally been very predictable in crediting Miles&More members with these Points when their travel has been disrupted due to its self-imposed travel chaos caused by poor employee relations.

I believe that this time they may have credited these to members whose travel was not disrupted at all, although my Senator account hasn’t received any.
