He already has a home as an undrafted free agent, though.

Aguilar is expected to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL insider Aaron Wilson.

Aguilar will join a depth chart that is obviously led by Trevor Lawrence.

The other two guys they have under contract are Nick Mullens and Carter Bradley. Those guys won't stand in the way if Aguilar looks good in the summer.

Aguilar traveled an odd journey to this point.

He was a junior college guy who wasn't sure he'd move beyond that, but he ended up at Appalachian State.

Then the plan was for him to transfer to UCLA, but they got Nico Iamaleava to take his place.

Aguilar went where Nico came from, Tennessee, and had an impressive season in the SEC.

Now he joins the Jags, hoping to make his case for a long-term roster spot.
