Minneapolis-based Allina Health has named Matt Wille as president of Faribault (Minn.) Medical Center and Owatonna (Minn.) Hospital, effective June 1.
Mr. Wille brings more than two decades of leadership experience and most recently served as COO of the North Region for Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Froedtert Thedacare Health, according to an April 23 Allina Health news release. He previously served as president and CEO of Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Mich.
He also spent five years as vice president of operations for Allina Health United Hospital in St. Paul, Minn., from 2015 to 2019, the release said.
Mr. Wille will succeed Whitney Johnson, RN, who now serves as vice president of operations at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
