Star Alliance has opened a new lounge (or relocated the one it already had) at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 3.

The lounge fine another alliance ones that are currently open in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Paris, Buenos Aires, and Rio de Janeiro. There used to be one in Sao Paulo as well, but that is now branded under a local bank.

Conclusion

If you look at these lounges, they are usually in a city or country that doesn’t have a strong Star Alliance presence, except Los Angeles, which is one of United’s hubs.
