Lufthansa Group’s ITA Airways, previously Alitalia, left SkyTeam last year and has been part of Star Alliance since April Fool’s Day this year.

Miles&More has now fully integrated ITA Airways, and all member benefits should now also be available on their flights.

Conclusion

Lufthansa Group’s full integration of ITA Airways into Miles&More appears to be going according to plan.

I have yet to fly this airline since its SkyTeam exit, but I will be around Italy sometime this summer or early fall and will probably have to rely on them unless I choose Ryanair or Wizz (no thanks!) or take Vueling.
