Accor has quite a few financial partners in many markets that allow members to convert credit card points to ALL, and there have been four changes so far this month.
The partnership with Standard Chartered Brunei and the UAE has ended (one Standard Chartered UAE product not affected), and Amex Membership Rewards in Australia and New Zealand has been added.
You can access Accor’s page for partners here.

Remember that these Amex MR conversion ratios with partners are market-specific, and not all options exist in all countries. Some Amex cards in the Pacific also come with an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.

Conclusion
I believe that this Amex MR conversion ratio to ALL Accor is quite poor, but it all depends on what value you find with Amex’s other partners in the market.
The best use for me for US-issued MR points is probably ANA conversions at a 1:1 ratio.
